About this course

​This is a 4-steps process that will help you de-clutter your mind and reconnect to what matters the most to your heart .

Don't rush it, and do your best to pour out EVERYTHING:

  • ​ wildest dreams
  • ​ whispered wishes
  • ​ barely grasped thoughts
  •  hints
  •  certainties
  •  future lives and future yous
  •  places and situations
  • ... without thinking too much about it.

What you need:

​30 minutes of uninterrupted time!

​You can either fill out the form below, in which case you will ​be emailed a PDF with all your answers , to save and keep forever.

​OR You can get 5 sheets of paper​ and a pen . In this case don't forget to store your answers somewhere safe, or to take pictures of the paper sheets. ​
